Our experienced design and engineering team work together with our customer to generate the product concepts. Using computer modeling software, we can turn customers’ idea into an interactive 3-dimensional drawing. This 3D model evolves as it continues developing, and it allows us to generate the data we need for prototyping and manufacturing your product.
Prototype
Test the product or part before taking it to production with a rapid prototype. Your prototype will allow you to check the design and function while ensuring it has been designed appropriately for manufacturing.
Tooling development
Rotation / injection mold tooling is at the heart of plastic molding. The tooling design determines the quality of the molding process and the product produced.

Injection Molding
Like most creative ventures we started small but with big vision, thence we established the injection molding department. Our injection molding department is specialized in injection plastic figurine with different material, such as non-phthalate PVC, TPE, TPR, ABS, PP, silicone.
Spray Paint & Pad Print
Molded plastic toy parts are decorated in substantial workshops outfitted with modern pad printing machines, manual and automated spray booths, and intricate hand-applied paint.
Assembly / Packaging
At our assembly lines, experienced operators complete the fabrication and packing of individual toys with precision and strict quality control.
