Design & Prototype

With an approved concept we complete the toy design from top to bottom. We start prototyping, using a mix of 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, hand sculpting, molding and casting. Once the sculpture is approved we create painted prototypes, we start developing the production tooling simultaneously.

Tooling Development

At tooling development, we utilize computers and software to develop products. We can assist customers in the product development cycle or make parts to customer specifications.

Packaging Development

In the development of new packaging concepts, we not only consider the look and functionality. For the benefit of our customers, we also pay attention to reducing costs and saving resources. Here we place a special emphasis on the good recyclability of packaging and the highest possible proportion of secondary raw materials.

Logistics

Once your products are finished, we will work with our full service logistic partners to ship the merchandise to the destination.
